INTRODUCTION
Browsing the site, collecting information, and placing an order with Soapmill constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions displayed on www.soapmill.ro.
These terms may be updated at any time by SC Soapmill, without the obligation to notify any user, visitor, or customer in advance.
Damages or losses of any kind incurred by customers as a result of purchases from www.soapmill.ro will be compensated up to the purchase price of the products.
Soapmill is not responsible for incomplete information or potential errors appearing on www.soapmill.ro, but continuously strives to correct and complete the information presented.
Personal data provided to SC SOAPMILL SRL is used only for the purpose for which it was entered (order fulfillment), in accordance with current laws. SC SOAPMILL SRL does not provide email addresses to third parties, does not encourage spam, and does not make public the data provided by its customers without their explicit consent. Any user has the option to request deletion of their provided addresses from the database.
Prices are updated daily. For products marked "out of stock" or "coming soon," SC Soapmill SRL cannot guarantee the selling price, and orders cannot be placed for these products. Availability is displayed in real-time. Availability may change at any time during order processing.
Discounts, reductions, and promotions are not necessarily cumulative. Generally, the discount with the highest value applies.
Products sold through www.soapmill.ro are new, presented in the original manufacturer's packaging, and are accompanied by an invoice upon delivery. A certificate of conformity can be sent upon request.
SOAPMILL SRL reserves the right to select its customers. SOAPMILL SRL reserves the right to refuse cooperation with customers who exhibit inappropriate behavior and language or have a history of refused/uncollected orders.
RETURN POLICY
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase, without having to justify your decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in Article 13 para. (3) and Article 14 of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, within 10 days starting from the day you take possession of the product.
Customers who are not satisfied with the product can return it and/or choose another product within the value of the returned product, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Customers of www.soapmill.ro can return purchased products only in their original packaging, within a maximum of 10 working days from receipt. The ordered product will be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to you, with the same attached label, original packaging, and together with the delivery documents that accompanied it. Within a maximum of 30 days from the date of return, we will refund the value of your order.
If you have opted for an exchange of ordered products, the new order will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 60 hours from the date of return of the ordered products. Price differences will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the date of return of the ordered products.
In all the above cases, return costs are borne by the customer.
According to current legislation, the right to withdraw from a purchase is applicable only to individual customers.
Exercising the right of withdrawal: the consumer informs SOAPMILL SRL about the decision to withdraw from the contract in writing, by completing an RMA form: RMA FORM (docx) / RMA FORM (pdf)
COMPLAINTS
All complaints regarding missing items from the package, product non-conformity, billing errors, products received other than those ordered, please submit them within 5 days of receiving the package.
We do not assume responsibility for complaints received after this period.

If you are unable to download and complete it, you can contact us by phone, and our operator will take your communicated data to complete the form.
We strive to resolve complaints as quickly as possible and favorably for our customers!
IMPORTANT: a series of products require specific storage conditions, thus, subsequent quality complaints cannot be accepted and compensated, given our lack of control over storage conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY
SOAPMILL undertakes not to transmit users' personal data to third parties and to use them only for the purpose of establishing contact with its customers, as well as for informing them about aspects related to the functioning of the site and its offers.
SOAPMILL will retain personal data and use it to inform users about their account status on www.soapmill.ro, about the evolution and status of orders, as well as in evaluating the products and services offered. www.soapmill.ro may notify users about current offers through newsletters and may send greeting cards, gift coupons, vouchers, messages related to the current order or other messages specific to a mail-order commerce site.
SOAPMILL does not promote SPAM. Any user who has explicitly provided their email address on www.soapmill.ro can opt for its deletion from our database.
Also, if users no longer wish to receive the soapmill.ro newsletter, they can unsubscribe on the site or by using the link at the bottom of the newsletter received by email.
The email addresses of individuals who subscribe to the Soapmill newsletter, through soapmill.ro or social media sites, will cross national borders.

According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector, SOAPMILL SRL has the obligation to administer in a safe manner and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide to us about yourself. The purpose of data collection is to honor your orders in the online commerce system, inform you about promotions, news, special offers, or designate winners of any advertising campaigns.
You are obliged to provide the data, as it is necessary for fulfilling online commercial acts, respectively purchasing products. Your refusal leads to the inability to carry out the commercial act and thus the impossibility of purchasing products online. The recorded information is intended for use by the operator and is not communicated to third parties. According to Law no. 677/2001, you benefit from the right of access, intervention on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to address justice. Also, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of data*. Information about you may be used by us only for purposes associated with the marketing of SOAPMILL SRL services and products, such as:
– Processing your orders or requests related to products;
– Billing;
– Resolving your requests, questions or complaints;
– Contacting you (including by post, email, fax, text messages or phone) regarding product offers, special offers, news that we believe may be of interest to you (unless you have made a written request not to be contacted in this regard);

Transmission of information to third parties:
SOAPMILL SRL may transmit to third parties only your data necessary for the delivery of the placed order, to the courier company that transports the products.

PRICES
Our policy involves fair and stable prices in the long term.
All prices on this site in the Romanian version are expressed in RON (lei) and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping fees. Shipping fees are calculated by the site's system and will be displayed at the end of the order.
We reserve the right to modify the selling prices displayed on the site, without prior notice to the customer.
Customers can benefit from discounts depending on the value of the ordered products.

There is no mandatory minimum order; an order can contain as many Soapmill products as you wish.

Important: whatever ordering method you choose, you will receive either an automatic order confirmation response or a Soapmill operator will contact you by phone or through an electronic contact method to confirm your order and provide additional details, if necessary. If you do not receive a response from us within 24 hours of placing the order, please contact us.
SOAPMILL SRL reserves the right to confirm orders by contacting customers by phone.
ONLINE ORDERS
PRODUCT MENU
By choosing a category from the menu, all products in that category will be displayed, and you can directly use the "add to cart" option. If no additional data is required (e.g., weight, standard essential oil combination), the product is automatically added to the shopping cart.
Where additional information is required from you, clicking the "add to cart" button will open the respective product page to make your selections. After you have completed all mandatory fields, click the "add to cart" button again.
SHOPPING CART AND DISCOUNT COUPONS
At any time, you can view your shopping cart and the number of products in the menu at the top of the site. If you have a discount coupon, please enter it in the relevant field within the shopping cart.
ORDER COMPLETION
You can complete the order without being a Soapmill member, after filling in all the mandatory fields on the checkout form. At the same time, you can create an account on the spot, by choosing only its password. If you are a Soapmill client, then enter your e-mail address and password.
Before completing the order, you can modify the contents of the shopping cart one more time. Check the entire order before sending, click the "complete order" button and wait for a confirmation email from Soapmill. This will contain all the details of the order placed, the total price and the shipping details. In case of order confirmation, you will receive the corresponding invoice at the e-mail address specified in the order form.
MODIFYING AN ORDER
Given that an order, once completed, enters the automated packaging system, changes to its content can be made within a maximum of 1 hour from placing the order during working hours or at any time outside working hours, until 8:00 AM on the next working day.
SOAPMILL MEMBERS
The advantages of registering as a Soapmill member are the following:
– you no longer have to fill in all identification data every time, but access your personal account using your username and password
– you can check the list of placed orders and their status at any time
– you can reorder the same products using the "re-order" button. With a single click, all products from a previous order are automatically sent to the shopping cart and you just need to finalize the new order.
– you benefit from discounts, gifts or promotions for loyal customers
– if you subscribe to the Soapmill newsletter, you benefit from announcements regarding special offers before their launch, thus being able to place an order before unregistered users
– in the comments section, you can view all the comments you have left on the products that interested or pleased you.
DELIVERY POLICY
SHIPPING PRODUCTS IN ROMANIA
The shipping of Soapmill 100% natural organic cosmetic products in Romania is carried out exclusively by express courier or fast courier (only for Bucharest and Ilfov), with the shipping costs borne by you. Products are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders received between Friday 4:00 PM and Sunday 4:00 PM will be processed on Monday. The packaging is suitable for transporting fragile products and parcels are insured. In case a product breaks due to improper handling during transport, we replace the products free of charge. With express courier, you thus have delivery certainty and can rely on the speed of this means of transport.
SHIPPING PRODUCTS TO SPAIN
The shipping of Soapmill 100% natural organic cosmetic products to Spain is carried out exclusively by express courier, with the shipping costs borne by you and paid upon delivery. Products are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders received between Friday 4:00 PM and Sunday 4:00 PM will be processed on Monday. The value of the order is paid online, through the Moneybookers system, or by bank transfer, and the transport value is paid upon delivery.
SHIPPING PRODUCTS TO EUROPE
Shipping is carried out by Romanian Post, with shipping costs borne by you. Products are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders received between Friday 4:00 PM and Sunday 4:00 PM will be processed on Monday.
PAYMENT METHODS
– Romania: cash on delivery, online payment by credit card, bank transfer
– Spain: online payment by credit card or bank transfer (for products) and cash on delivery (for shipping)
– Europe: online payment by credit card, bank transfer
Online with bank card via EuPlatesc (Visa/Maestro/Mastercard).
If you have chosen the payment method "Online by bank card" it is necessary to complete a form with your card information on the secure page of the payment processor.
– Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logos (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro)
are made through the system "3-D Secure" developed by organizations that ensure online transactions the same level of security as those carried out at an ATM or in a physical environment, at the merchant.
– "3-D Secure" primarily ensures that no information related to your card is transferred or stored,
at any time, on the servers of the store or on the servers of the payment processor, this data being directly entered into the Visa and MasterCard systems.
Important to know! – No commission is charged for bank card payments!
For online payment, the security of online payments is guaranteed by the largest electronic payment provider in Europe – Skrill (Moneybookers).
Online payment, through Moneybookers, is not free, but all transaction fees are borne by the Soapmill Team. Moneybookers is a licensed online payment service that complies with the "Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Notice".
SHIPPING COSTS IN ROMANIA
– Express courier in Bucharest, maximum 48 hours from placing the order, if the order is placed by 12 PM; maximum 60 hours if the order is placed after 12 PM: 10 lei, up to 1 kilogram (products plus packaging) and increases for each additional kilogram.
– Express courier in other localities, maximum 48 hours from placing the order, if the order is placed by 12 PM; maximum 60 hours if the order is placed after 12 PM: cost 15 lei, up to 1 kilogram (products plus packaging) and increases for each additional kilogram.
The shipping fee will be added to the total price of the ordered products and will appear in the cart before submitting the order. If you live in a locality where the express courier applies additional charges, please contact us to find an ideal shipping method.
SHIPPING COSTS TO SPAIN
– Express courier, 3-5 days: 45 lei (10 Euro), up to 1 kilogram (products plus packaging). The parcel is delivered to a point designated by the courier, depending on the city you live in, and must be picked up from their office. It is not delivered to your home or office.
SHIPPING COSTS TO EUROPE
– Romanian Post, 5-10 working days: 120 lei (approximately 30 Euro), up to 2 kilograms (products plus packaging). Delivery details via Romanian Post services must match those on your identity card. If you do not live at the address on your ID, please choose another shipping method.

DISPUTES
Any dispute arising between Customers and the Company will be resolved amicably. If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, jurisdiction lies with the courts in Bucharest, Romania.
DISCLAIMER
The information contained on this site is published for informational purposes; statements made regarding products, ingredients, and general information are gathered from specialized literature, technical specifications of cosmetic products, and technical specifications of raw material manufacturers. Our products are safe, posing no adverse health effects.
